Terms & Conditions

By using HelaFlow or purchasing credit, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information, use a valid Google account to sign in, and keep access to your account and devices secure. Contact us promptly at hello@helaflow.app if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You may not use HelaFlow unlawfully, attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent credit or payment controls, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

HelaFlow offers one-time, non-expiring minute packs: Starter (Rs. 300 for 30 minutes), Everyday (Rs. 500 for 55 minutes), and Power (Rs. 1,000 for 110 minutes). Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and may change before a new purchase.

Payments are processed by PayHere. HelaFlow does not receive or store your full card or bank payment details. Minutes are added only after HelaFlow verifies PayHere's server notification.

New accounts receive a one-time five-minute signup bonus. Your dashboard shows your available minutes and activity. Successful paid minutes do not expire.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue parts of HelaFlow when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and you are responsible for reviewing dictated text before relying on it.

HelaFlow and its website, desktop application, branding, and materials are owned by HelaFlow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use them beyond the permitted use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelaFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@helaflow.app.
