We collect account and profile information supplied through Google sign-in, including your name, email address, and profile image where available. At checkout, we collect billing contact details such as your name, phone number, address, and city. We also process device and session information, credit and payment-order records, usage and ledger activity, and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

HelaFlow processes voice input to provide dictation. We do not retain raw audio after it has been processed. Transcripts are handled only as needed to provide the dictation service and associated features. Please avoid dictating sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.

We use information to create and secure accounts, pair the desktop app, provide dictation and credit features, process purchases, communicate about support and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of HelaFlow.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate HelaFlow, including Supabase for account and application data and PayHere for payment processing, or where required by law. PayHere handles payment credentials under its own policies; HelaFlow does not store your full card or bank payment details.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal-record requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with your account, subject to applicable law and necessary records we must retain.

Our website may use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain sign-in and protect the service. You can manage browser cookies, although disabling them may affect functionality.
